ff_land!secrets: submissions post

Hallo! Yes, it's the spam salamander again, I'm sorry ahah you're getting me a LOT between-games this time! :D

Anyway, I'm bringing to you a lovely between-game-spanning activity: yup, just like fandom!secrets! The basic idea is this: you can use this activity to create secrets on any aspect of FF or ff_land, with some exceptions that will be mentioned below. Submit them anonymously to this post within a week, and I will post them up in a series of posts throughout the rest of the between-game we have left. Profit!

The rules

#1. All airship_lounge rules apply.
#2. On no account must any secrets contain a namedrop. For example: it is not okay to submit “I think [insert name here] is amazing, they should rule the world”, and nor is it okay to submit “[insert name here] would be better off modding somewhere else!!” General secrets about ff_land communities are allowed, providing they stick to the namedrop rule.
#3. Somewhat related: we are allowing negative secrets, but on the proviso that everyone is aware that myself and sunflower_mynah will be moderating and screening them, to ensure that none of them will be triggery, or will upset anyone. If your secret is not posted and you have an issue with this, bring it to me via PM, and I will explain the reasons we came up with that decision. We will be erring on the side of caution when it comes to things that will possibly be triggery and/or upsetting.
#4. No wank in the comments. This one is obvious, and I'm not expecting wank from you guys, but it bears mentioning. Any wank will be derailed immediately, and/or the comment threads will be frozen.
#5. All secrets must be anonymous. This ties in with rule #1. The best image uploaders to use are imageshack.us or tinypic, just as if you were submitting to a contest.

Nitty-gritty: the submissions post (ie: this post), will be public until the end of submissions, when it will once again be locked. This is to allow anonymous posting of secrets.

The final submission date is: Thursday 16th February, 12.00 midnight at whatever timezone you're all in!

So do you mean EoD 16th Feb or EoD 15th Feb?

Um, I'm not sure what EoD means ^_^;; but basically, the submissions will be locked when I get up on the morning on the 17th of Feb. This does make things more complicated, but basically, the end-time would be 00:00 GMT. I'm sorry, I suck at timezones, and also I have absolutely no idea what zones everyone else is in.

Do we need to make our own graphics, or just slap the text in comment section like in tumblr?

Preferably, making a graphic. But if you want to just put text on a plan background, like the tumblr confessions? then that's perfectly fine and also encouraged!
